Green Goddess Garlic Ginger Shoyu Sauce

vegan, paleo, dairy/gluten/nut-free

Ingredients
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2″ of fresh peeled ginger, chopped 80k
1 tbsp of tamari/nama/soy sauce
2 tbsp of lemon juice
2 tbsp of tahini 840k
2 tbsp of olive oil (or flax oil) 480k
1 cup spinach 40k
2 tbsp of water

410k total, 35k per tbsp. Makes 6 oz (12 tbsp). Serves 4-6
